Hello, I am a patient of Dr. Jimenez at your St. Augustine office. Over the last 8 years I have been dealing with back problems that have resulted in 3 back surgeries and continuous chronic pain. I have been seeing Dr. Jimenez for several months for my back pain. I feel very lucky to have found Dr. Jimenez. From my first visit, Dr. Jimenez has taken as much time as needed to attend to my needs. He has never made me feel uncomfortable for asking for help with my pain. This has not always been the case with other doctors (both private practice and E. R. doctors) I have been to. Dr. Jimenez continues to work with me to find the best way to help lessen my pain. I can’t say enough how much I appreciate Dr. Jimenez’s efforts, understanding and compassion. Thank you.
